How long do I have access to Fit Sculpt Journey program?

After enrolling, you’ll enjoy lifetime access to the course. You can revisit the materials as often as you like, whenever you need a refresher or motivation boost.

I’m a beginner and have never worked out before. Is this course suitable for me?

This course is tailored for those with some familiarity with exercise, so it’s best suited for intermediate participants. If you’re completely new to working out, you might want to start with a foundational program before joining Fit Sculpt Journey.

Where can I do these workouts?

This program is designed for flexibility, allowing you to work out in the comfort of your own home. You can also take it to the gym or even outdoors – wherever you feel most comfortable and motivated.

I have lower back and knee pain. Can I still take this course?

If you have existing lower back or knee issues, it’s recommended not to enroll. Some exercises might not be safe for these conditions, and your safety is a priority.

I don’t have a resistance band or dumbbells. Can I still participate?

While some exercises can be adapted for body weight, the program is more effective with the recommended equipment: a medium resistance band, 5lb dumbbells, and 10lb dumbbells. These items help provide the challenge needed for optimal results.

Do I need any fancy equipment?

No fancy equipment is necessary! Just one medium resistance band, a pair of 5lb dumbbells, and a pair of 10lb dumbbells will do.

What if I miss a day of training?

Missing a day here and there is completely normal. Don’t worry – just pick up where you left off, and stay focused on consistency over time. Remember, it’s about progress, not perfection.

What about rest days?

Rest is essential for your body to recover and grow stronger. Aim for 7-10 hours of sleep each night to support mental health, hormonal balance, and physical recovery. Resting allows your body to recharge and keeps you ready for each workout.

How long will the workouts be?

Each session ranges from 35 to 55 minutes, providing a comprehensive workout that fits into your day without overwhelming your schedule.
